The following form is a guide for making grant application to The George Foundation. For your convenience, it is prepared in Microsoft Word format for downloading. Unless noted, most items need no more than a one or two word answer or, at the most, one or two sentences. Please complete the application and then use the checklist provided to make sure you have included all items needed for the Foundation to process your request. The checklist is for your use only and does not need to be returned to The Foundation. The completed application and all supplemental items should be mailed as follows:
