Grant Reporting
At the end of the grant timeframe, The George
Foundation requires grantees to submit a report
to provide feedback on the Foundation’s
granting. The report not only lets the
Foundation know how funds were disbursed but
also gives the grantee an opportunity to discuss
the impact of the grant project and benefits to
the community.
For your convenience, report due dates are
listed in the Terms and Conditions letter
documenting the grant. Please refer to the
following report forms to comply with reporting
requirements.
